PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Mark H. Wolpers President, Harborside Appraisal Inc. Mark Wolpers is the owner and president of Harborside Appraisal Inc., a full service residential appraisal and consulting company providing services to banks, mortgage companies, attorneys, brokers and individual buyers and sellers. Harborside’s territory includes all of Massachusetts. Mark has responsibility for the business development and review of all appraisal services, and maintains an extensive approval network for many secondary market investors. Mark has been a full time real estate appraiser for over 22 years. Assignments have covered properties in all of the New England states, including many multi-million dollar homes, with a concentration in Boston’s South Shore. Prior to founding Harborside Appraisal, Mr. Wolpers was a Commercial Appraiser with the Valuation Services Division of Cushman and Wakefield Inc., an international Commercial Brokerage firm. During his years in this position he completed hundreds of appraisals and consulting assignments for an extensive client list including; General Motors, Bank of America, and the United States Government. Harborside employs five additional appraisal professionals that are strategically located throughout Massachusetts.
